Cancellations

• Cancellations received greater than 24 hours prior to tour commencement are fully refundable
• Cancellations received within 24 hours of tour commencement are nonrefundable. Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes
• Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. This is applicable to any tour participant who fails to arrive, or arrives after the tour departure

Changes to bookings

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Guests can choose to stay on Ellis Island and return on their own or take the ferry back to Battery Park with guide at the conclusion of the tour
• Please ensure you are at the ferry location 15 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals will not be refunded

Please Note:

• This tour does not include access to the Statue of Liberty’s Crown and Pedestal
• This is a walking tour; guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficult
• Please allow up to four hours for this experience, including travel time
• Food and drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Gratuities (for your guide) are not included
• This tour is conducted in English only
• First ferry access is not available for this tour. Set departure times apply

Terms & Conditions:

• All participants will be required to go through an airport-style security check during the tour; no luggage, weapons or food (except for water in a clear bottle) are allowed. Confiscated items will not be returned
• Bags and backpacks must be stored in a locker at Liberty Island from USD$2 at site
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability and weather conditions
• Due to circumstances beyond Walks’ control, sites may occasionally close. Every effort is made to stay as close to the itinerary as possible but substitutions/omissions may be necessary
• Walks cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour
• Ferry rides are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or altered at the discretion of the operator for passenger and crew safety
