Important:

• Exclusions: NT Parks Pass. An NT Parks Pass is required for this tour and must be purchased separately (own expense). Click here to purchase your pass ($10pp)
• Return accommodation pick-up and drop-off are available from Alice Springs accommodation. Please provide your accommodation details when booking
• Please be ready at your nominated pick-up location by 7.45am. Late arrivals and no-shows void the offer
• Please allow up to 10 hours for this experience, including travel time
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Emu Run Experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Children must be aged 2–17 to use the child option. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• The tour is suitable for all ages and does not require a high level of fitness or agility; short walks are included
• Minimum numbers apply. If minimum numbers are not met, the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled
• The itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Emu Run Experience may amend the itinerary or arrange alternative carriers where necessary
• No refunds apply for delays, curtailments or alterations caused by severe weather, mechanical failure or other unforeseen circumstances
• No refund is available if you fail to join the tour, arrive after departure or leave before the tour ends
• The tour guide may make decisions relating to the safety and wellbeing of the group. Guests who do not follow the guide’s directions may be asked to leave the tour without a refund

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made four days or more before departure are eligible for a refund less a $20 administration fee
• Cancellations made within three days of departure are non-refundable. The amount paid will be retained as a credit valid until the end of the current season, which runs from 1 April to 31 March

Changes to Booking:

• All booking amendments must be emailed to info@emurun.com.au
• Changes made eight days or more before departure incur a A$20 administration fee plus any difference in tour price
• Changes made within seven days of departure incur the full cancellation fee and the full cost of the new tour
