Important:

• Please note: Guests must bring their own picnic basket, picnic rug and utensils
• Every Mystery Adventures experience is unique. Food, drinks, venues and inclusions vary depending on the experience and destination booked.
• Most dietary requirements can be catered for at no additional charge, including gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan diets. Guests can also advise of any allergies at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate pregnancy and nut allergies where possible. Pescatarians are recommended to book as vegetarian.
• Selected experiences can be made dog friendly. Please let us know at the time of booking if you’ll be bringing your dog, and we’ll ensure all participating venues are suitable.
• Some experiences include alcoholic beverages. Participants must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol and may be asked to present valid photo ID. Non-alcoholic alternatives may be available depending on the experience.
• A car is required to complete most Mystery Adventures experiences.
• Experience duration varies by product. Please allow up to 4.5 hours, depending on the experience you’ve selected.
• Experiences operate in most weather conditions. Where applicable, indoor or undercover options will be used where available.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be provided at least 3 business days before your experience date to be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations after this time will not be refunded

Changes to Booking

• Three business days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. This includes but is not limited to, the experience itself, date, time, people and dietary needs. Please keep in mind that some changes may incur an added cost

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Mystery Adventures abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
