As the sun slips below the horizon, settle in for an evening of glowing lights, outback flavours and star-filled skies, with Uluṟu rising beyond the Field of Light. Begin with canapes and chilled sparkling wine before enjoying a three-course buffet inspired by bush tucker, paired with Australian wines, beer and port. After a guided star talk, wander the illuminated pathways among more than 50,000 glowing spheres as the installation comes alive around you. With return hotel transfers included, the evening is easy to enjoy from start to finish.
