Terms & Conditions:

• Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 8–14. Children aged three and under are considered to be infants but are still required to pay the child prices for tickets. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Please note due to the duration of the tour, children under eight are not recommended on this tour
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Blue Dolphin Marine Tours for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations require a minimum notification period of 48 hours prior to departure
• Cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for a full refund claim and 24–48 hours for a 50% refund claim
• No refund applies if booking is cancelled within 24 hours

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
