- Select amount of people and desired date and time
- Click ‘General Admission’
- Input voucher code in the Voucher or Gift Card field to zero out transaction
- Click ‘Get it’
- Book in advance to secure desired date and time
- Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival

- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to session start time. Late arrivals will shorten your play time
Important:
- Please allow up to one hour for this experience, including 40–50 minutes’ play time
- Food and drinks are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
- You do not need to select your mission when booking, this will be done on arrival at the venue with the staff
- This is a private game, meaning you will not share the room with other players
- Unfortunately, wheelchair users are not yet able to participate in this experience for safety reasons

- It is not possible to participate in this experience alone
- Children must be aged 8+ to participate in this experience. Children aged 8–9 must play with a person aged 15+ who is responsible for them
Cancellation Policy:
- Once the booking is confirmed, no refund or cancellation is accepted. If fewer players than expected at the time of booking are present, the difference in price is not refunded
