• Shuttle schedules:
  • Cairns Airport to Port Douglas: 7am, 8.45am, 9.45am, 10.45am, 11.45am, 12.45pm, 1.45pm, 3pm, 4pm and 6.30pm.
  • Port Douglas to Cairns Airport: 6am–6pm hourly.
  • City to Cairns Airport: 6.30am, 8.30am, 9.15am, 10.15am, 11.15am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm and 4.30pm.
  • Cairns Airport to City: 8am–6pm hourly.
• Book a shuttle at least 30 minutes after flight arrival. Domestic departures require pick-up about three hours before departure and international departures about four hours before departure.
• City-to-airport pick-up is about 1.5 hours before domestic departure and 2.5 hours before international departure. Jetstar JQ33 and JQ34 use international terminal services at Terminal 1.
• Before 6am from Port Douglas or 7am from Cairns Airport, and after 6pm from Port Douglas or 6.30pm from Cairns Airport, private transfer and an after-hours surcharge apply.
• Be ready at the designated pick-up location at the advised time. Passengers are responsible for luggage and belongings. Unsafe, abusive or intoxicated passengers may be refused service.
• The selected route and passenger option apply at purchase only - please choose carefully.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before transfer incur no fee; cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows caused by incorrect Agent information are fully chargeable.

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made.

Terms and Conditions:

• A minimum A$100 cleaning fee applies for food spills, excessive mess or passenger cleaning; photographic evidence may be provided, and detailing or repair charges may apply.
• Liability is limited to the booked transfer value. The service provider is not responsible for missed flights or connections, business or consequential loss, or belongings lost or damaged through customer negligence.
• Reasonable efforts will be made for delays where accurate flight details are provided. The service provider is not liable for traffic, weather, airline, road closure or other circumstances beyond its control.
• Bookings and changes require at least 24 hours notice.
