There are few sporting atmospheres quite like the Australian Open, and the Sportsnet® Super Suite puts you right at the heart of it without the heat or queues. From 10.30am to close of play at John Cain Arena, you have unreserved access to a private, air-conditioned suite that runs the length of the baseline, with seating behind the glass and on the open balcony overlooking the court. Two private bars keep the drinks flowing all day long and TVs in the suite let you follow matches across the tournament as the day builds. Your Australian Open Ground Pass also gives you full access to Melbourne Park beyond (including the Grand Slam Oval, AO Ballpark, Garden Square, and the food and entertainment precincts) before you return to your seat as the evening session heats up.

- A smart-casual dress code applies. No thongs, tank-tops, singlets or non-dress shorts are permitted to be worn in the suite
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
- Any guests aged 17 or under must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian or parent and remain under their supervision at all times
- Match details are subject to change without prior notice to you
- In most instances, if an event is postponed or cancelled by the event organizer, the tickets and fees may only be carried across to and valid only for the next scheduled event and refunds are not applicable
Cancellations:
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Tickets are not obliged to be replaced by Sportsnet® under any circumstance, including but not limited to loss or theft. Any ticket that has been lost, stolen, or misplaced before or during an event that can be replaced will incur a fee from A$100 per person, per ticket, in addition to any fees imposed by service providers
- Tickets will not be refunded under circumstances including but not limited to, the non-appearance of any particular person, group or personality, whether advertised or not, denial of access to an event by the event organizer, any adverse weather conditions or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the event organizer
