• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day on request: Departs 8.15am; returns 5.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: 24–26 December 2024, 31 December 2024, 1 January 2025, 29–31 March 2025 and 1 April 2025,
• Bookings valid to 30 September 2025
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Return transfers available from select hotels and motels in Adelaide CBD – please advise location at time of booking
• Pick-up times will be confimed the night before your tour
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Please allow up to nine hours for this experience, including travel time
• Please note, the first wine tasting in this tour will start at 10am
• Wineries are selected in advance by drivers. CP Tours and Charters will strive to give you the best Barossa Experience
• Tasting menu and lunch menu are seasonal and subject to change. Menu details and images have been provided as an example only
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any excess amount is payable directly to vendors
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference

• A good day is four cellar door visits and a lunch stop, however itinerary cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability and traffic conditions
