• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Towel, sunscreen and a hat
• Credit card for any additional purchases as cash is not accepted
• Towels and sunscreen can also be purchased on Seventh Heaven

Availability:

• Available every day: Departs at 9am; returns 4pm (approximately)
• Departure Point: Departs at Port Denarau. Look for friendly staff in the Seventh Heaven kiosk (#5). Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure so you have plenty of time to check in. Refunds for missed bookings or late arrivals cannot be offered
• Pick-Up Point: Pick-up is available from all major Denarau Resorts

  • Please note: Resorts outside of Denarau can be booked at an additional cost, payable directly to Seventh Heaven Fiji

Important:

• Seventh Heaven will endeavour to accommodate special meal requests for guests who have meal intolerances However, they cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals. This is due to the remote location and the potential cross-contamination in the working environment and with supplied local ingredients
• Food and drinks are not included with your entry pass. Any excess amount must be paid directly to Seventh Heaven
• A small smoking and vaping area is available on Seventh Heaven

Terms & Conditions:

• Cruise and floating pontoon access are subject to weather and tidal conditions. If your day on Seventh Heaven is cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded
• Children under 10 cannot be accommodated onboard Seventh Heaven
• You will not be able to bring personal food and drink on board
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Late arrivals to transfers and no-shows voids offer
