• All cruises are weather, minimum passenger number, and Queensland Health advisory dependent. In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the operator, you will be provided with a full refund (excluding gift vouchers) or a 12-month credit to use towards another cruise
• The operator and its employees are not liable or responsible for any accidental injury to passengers or any loss or damage to personal possessions
• Infants, children and teenagers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are accompanied by a minor you are responsible for their safety at all times

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
