Seating
Your seat is allocated within the category selected. Categories reflect location and proximity to the field:
Outfield: Higher-tier seating beside or within the outfield, with a view towards home plate.
Upper Infield: High or mid-tier seating along the third baseline, behind home plate or along the first-base line.
Middle Tiers – Grandstand: Mid-tier grandstand seating along the third baseline, behind home plate or along the first-base line.
Lower Baseline: Lower-tier seating along the third baseline, behind home plate or along the first-base line, closer to the field.
Premium seats are closer to the field. Premium and regular seats are generally along the third baseline, behind home plate or along the first-base line. Budget seats are generally higher up in the outfield sections.
Tickets
Your booking confirmation is not your entry ticket. Your digital ticket and seating details will be sent separately to the email address on your account, usually 1–3 days before the game. You’ll need to claim the mobile ticket through the official MLB App and present it at the stadium.
Game times are approximate and may change. Check the start time of your selected game closer to the date. Team and player line-ups may change and cannot be guaranteed. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You’ll receive the best available seats within your chosen category.

Terms and conditions
Infants aged 0–1 may enter free but must sit on an accompanying adult’s lap. Children aged 2 and over need a ticket. You must be aged 21 or over and show valid ID to consume alcohol. Bookings are subject to availability and cannot be combined with another offer. The full value must be used in one visit; unused value cannot be carried forward.
Cancellations and changes
This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes to bookings cannot be accommodated.
