• Wheelchair users can also use the Ferris wheel in a specially designated, larger cabin. Upon booking, may contact the operator through the contact number listed on your Klook e-voucher

• Pets are not allowed

• The cabins of the Ferris wheel are air-conditioned and have sitting arrangements

• For everyone’s safety, please adhere to the following guidelines during the ride:

• Please refrain from leaning on the door

• Smoking is prohibited inside the cabins and on the The Wheel premises

• Do not throw objects out of the cabin

• Do not lean out of the window

• Avoid jumping in the cabin

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
