- Bags, purses and backpacks are not allowed on the activity for safety reasons. Guests should be informed to leave these items behind them where possible, or they can drop them into Queenstown booking office at 45 Camp Street, Queenstown
- Any loose items must be zipped into pockets prior to riding the zipline
- Long hair should be held back with a hair tie or an elastic band
- The activity includes some stair climbing and hiking. Please be prepared for a light physical exertion
