Embrace your inner distiller at AmberChes Distillery in the Swan Valley. In your choice of hands-on gin-making or gin-blending masterclass, you’ll either be guided through every step of the distilling process — from blending to bottling — or learn the art of blending the perfect gin your own selection of botanicals. Enjoy an included tasting of select gins, before your finished creation is labeled for you to take home and enjoy.

- Guided botanical selection and distilling experience
- One 200mL (gin-blending class) OR one 500mL bottle of your own gin (gin-distilling class), bottled and labeled to take home
