Important
- This offer is valid for the 9.30am early-bird departure only.
- Departures leave from outside SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast, Parkyn Parade, Mooloolaba. Allow extra time to find parking at The Wharf.
- Check in at least 20 minutes before departure. The tour leaves on time and will not wait; late arrivals forfeit their ticket, with no refund.
- Seating is pre-allocated by staff.
- There are no toilets onboard; please use facilities before check-in.
- Luggage, prams and strollers cannot be stored at the departure point or onboard.
- A $10 surcharge per adult is payable directly to Aquaduck at check-in for bookings outside the promotional dates.
Terms & Conditions
- Passengers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
- Infants aged 0–1 ride free on a guardian’s lap but must be included in the booking passenger count.
- Abusive behaviour may result in cancellation, with a 100% cancellation fee.
Changes to Booking: Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before departure. Changes requested within 24 hours may not be accommodated and are non-refundable.
