7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Smart casual dress code for the Tower Club Lounge, Sirocco restaurant, Breeze restaurant and all bars located on the 51st level and above:

• Male Guests: Collared shirts, such as polos or button-downs, t-shirts, tailored shorts, covered shoes, and loafers are welcome.
• Female Guests: Elegant tops, blouses, t-shirts, dresses, skirts, and long tailored shorts, paired with dress sandals are welcome.
• Athletic wear, swimwear, sleeveless shirts for male guests, flip-flops, and beach slippers are strictly prohibited.

Smart elegant dress code for Chef’s Table and Mezzaluna restaurant:

• A higher standard of dress is required, including collared shirts and long trousers.
• T-shirts, sleeveless clothing, shorts, and caps are not permitted.
• Long jeans may be worn if paired with fully covered shoes.
• Dress codes and policies apply to all guests, including children.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
