Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
The personal Ayurvedic consultation includes a one-time consultation and a follow-up consultation (and a weekly Ayurvedic seminar if coincides with guest stay). The Ayurvedic facial and foot massage takes place in the villa. Times are arranged with guest schedule upon check-in.
Bike hire is complimentary and pre-booking is not required. Bikes will be brought to the front of the reception area.
Some villas have an outdoor bathroom and shower, while some are indoors. Guests will be asked their preference, subject to availability. Preferences are not guaranteed.
The daily 90-minutes of Ayurvedic treatments range from two-person full-body massages to Shirodhara head oil treatments, to medicated baths, steam boxes as well as various Ayurvedic panchakarma treatments for specific health concerns. These are prescribed by the doctor in consultation with you at the beginning of your stay. All treatments take place in designated treatment spas.
Free-flow fresh juices and herbal teas are available throughout the day. Requests are to be made with kitchen staff.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the communal dining pavilion or River Deck, or can be brought to the guest’s room if desired.
Breakfast is 8am (up to 9am), Lunch is 12.30pm and Dinner is 6.30pm (mocktails are served pre-dinner at 6.15pm).
Breakfast options are chosen from a set-menu.
Lunch and dinner vary each day and are tailored to one’s treatment goals.
The property is caffeine and alcohol-free.
All meals are fully vegetarian.
Each daily 90-minute treatment could be either a combination of multiple treatments totalling 90 minutes or a single treatment.
Daily snacks are available upon request between 9am and 6pm.
Daily yoga is offered in the yoga pavilion at 7am and 5pm. No bookings required.
Private airport transfers are arranged directly by the resort. Pick-ups from other local hotels can also be arranged.
Transfers operate 24/7. Please contact the resort to arrange.
Check-in time is flexible. For guests staying less than seven days the resort suggests arriving in the morning before 12pm as you will start the program upon arrival. If staying more than seven days the resort suggests arriving from 2pm. Check-out time is flexible.
Guests staying for eight nights or longer may choose between a full detox program or rejuvenation program.
For stays less than eight nights, only the rejuvenation program is available.

Cancellation policy

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date changes

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
