• Please check in at least 40 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location

• A fully licensed bar is available onboard the catamaran. All purchases are payable directly to ZigZag Whitsundays
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• The catamaran also provides guests ready access to an air-conditioned area throughout the day if desired
• The walking tour to South Whitehaven Beach Lookout is 900 metres each way and takes approximately 45 minutes total, including time at the top
• Please allow up to eight hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. ZigZag Whitsundays abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Child rate applies for children aged 5–14. Children aged 4 and under are NOT allowed to participate in snorkelling session. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of ZigZag Whitsundays for passenger and crew safety. If ZigZag Whitsundays cancel a tour due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be allowed to reschedule or a full refund will be offered
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
