• No open cuts or contagious skin complaints permitted on day of booking

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: cancellation fee from A$55 applies

Changes to Bookings:

• No changes permitted within 72 hours. Customers will forfeit their voucher
