Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to tour departure date will result in a full refund (minus the credit card fee charged if applicable)
Cancellations made between 48–72 hours prior to tour departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 25%
Cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee
Changes to Booking
72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
- Melbourne weather can be variable – please check the weather forecast and dress appropriately including carrying sunscreen or an umbrella where necessary
- Part of this tour will take place on foot so comfortable shoes are recommended

- Not valid: Wednesday, Friday – Monday, public holidays and event dates at venues. This tour is unavailable from mid-December until early February

- Pick-Up/Drop-off Point: Tours depart from Russell Street Extension, behind Federation Square. Return transfers from Melbourne CBD hotels are available on request – please advise of your hotel location at time of booking. Please call (03) 9372 7636 to confirm your pick-up details 48 hours before the tour departure
- Please allow up to an extra 15–20 minutes at the end of the tour to cater for city drop-offs

Terms & Conditions:
- Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
- Minimum six people required for this tour to depart. If the minimum number of bookings is not reached you will be offered an alternate date or a full refund
- Additional food and drinks are not included in the tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to vendors
- All venues are active event sites and therefore subject to closure to non-event visitors. For example, Albert Park and the GP Circuit are unavailable the week prior to and for a day after the Australia Formula 1 Grand Prix; Australian Open tours do not operate from mid-December through to mid-February; and MCG Tours are unavailable at certain times on event days. The tour operator will schedule tour dates accordingly, however, last-minute alterations are sometimes unavoidable
- On event days, tours may have restricted access – your guide will try as hard as possible to take you on as much of the tour as is possible
- Show Me Melbourne reserves the right to alter itineraries, vehicles and days of operation as required
- Please allow up to 8.5 hours for this experience
