• Cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date – no cancellation fees apply.

Changes to Booking:

Minimum notice period of 7 days’ prior to arrival date is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability. Fees may apply

• Transfer valid for up to three or six passengers, as selected, regardless of age (including children and infants)
• Infant and child booster seats: Infant seat can be pre-booked from USD$5 per seat each way. Guests can bring their own for infants and/or children

• Valid for transfers to and/or from Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) only
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible (see minimum notice requirements in Cancellation Policy above)

Luggage restrictions:

• Luggage capacity for up to three people transfer: Three (3) pieces of luggage
• Luggage capacity for up to six people transfer: Six (6) pieces of luggage
• Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information in How to Redeem to the provider at least 72 hours in advance of flight arrival
