Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations:
Your booking includes a 5% non-refundable booking fee for all cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fees apply
Please Note: On occasion, in the interest of guest safety, you may have to cancel tours due to unfavourable weather conditions. In this unlikely event, you will be offered travel on another suitable day or issued a refund, minus 5% booking fee
Changes to Booking:
24 hours notice is required to change a booking you have made
- Swimmers
- A beach bag including a towel, hat and shoes.
- A jacket during winter to protect you from wind and for warmth after snorkelling.
- Cameras in a waterproof case or Tupperware.
- Cash for water, soft drinks, beer, fruit juices and chocolates for sale on board.
- If you have chosen not to pre-order fresh tropical lunch pack, please ensure that you bring your own as your tour does not visit any resorts during the day

- Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Courtesy bus transfers from selected Airlie Beach accommodation available to Coral Sea Marina only – please advise of your location at time of booking
Important:
- Boats are suitable for most ages from 6 months upwards (weather permitting). If you are concerned about the weather conditions for the date that you are travelling, or wish to speak to Ocean Rafting about young passengers travelling, please call on (07) 4946 6848
- Please contact the tour operator for any special dietary requirements at least the day prior to departure to ensure that a substitute can be provided or catered for
- Ocean Rafting has a no BYO alcohol policy. However you are able to bring along soft drinks and bottled water for your day
- Lunch and drinks are not included
- Tropical lunch pack must be organised prior to departure and is available for pre-order purchase directly from Ocean Rafting from $20 per person. If you have chosen not to have our fresh tropical lunch pack, please ensure that you bring your own as your tour does not visit any resorts during the day
