You can then board the bus at any stop. If there are any issues with online check-in please email info@sightseeingworld.com, or take your voucher to the office at 99 Jefferson Street (at the corner of Mason Street) to start your tour

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day: Hop-on hop-off bus runs from 10am to 5pm, departing every 20–30 minutes from Jefferson Street. Bike rental available every day: 9am–5pm (winter) or 9am–7pm (summer). Bay cruise is by appointment only
• Tickets can be used in one full day, or over and up to three consecutive days

• Bookings valid to 31 January 2025

• Bay cruises run on a flexible schedule. Customers are required to check-in at 99 Jefferson Street (at the corner of Mason Street) ahead of the boat tour departure to receive the tickets and the exact departure location
• Subject to conditions, children under 2 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap
• The bus tours and boat tour are both run on a first come, first serve basis
• Carry a jacket as it can be cold on the water and on top of the bus
• Bike rental is for one day for a comfort bike (not electric bike)
