• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time at your selected pick-up point. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Return transfers are available from downtown-area San Antonio hotels only
• Gratuities for the tour guide and driver are not included in this tour
• Food, drinks and admission to the Nimitz Museum and the National Museum of the Pacific War are not included in this experience
• Portions of the LBJ Ranch National Historic Site are currently closed due to heavy rain and road construction until further notice. The impassable conditions on the taxiway will prohibit driving on the National Historic Site. Guided tours of the interior of the “Texas Whitehouse” are also not available due to needed repairs
• Guests are recommended to eat breakfast beforehand. Guests will have time to purchase lunch (own expense) at Fredericksburg
• Adaptive Driving Alliance vehicles are not available at all times. If a guest is wheelchair-bound, the tour guide might be able to accommodate with advance notice – please advise of accessibility needs at time of booking

• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on availability and road conditions
• This tour will only be cancelled due to inclement weather, such as if there are flood warnings or hail that make driving conditions impossible
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Children 0–5 may attend for free, however the tour operator must be advised at time of booking to coordinate enough seats in the vehicle. Guests must bring their own child car seats or booster seats, as these cannot be provided by tour operator
• The maximum number of guests per vehicle is nine people
