• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available every day: Departs Rotorua: 8am; arrives Auckland: 7pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Christmas Day
• Bookings valid to 31 October 2025
• Pick-Up/Drop-off Point: Pick-up from selected Rotorua accommodation. Drop-off at Auckland inner city accommodation. Please advise of accommodation locations at time of booking
• Please arrive at your departure point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• Afternoon tea and drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to venue(s) visited
• All tour commentary is in English

• Tour requires minimum of two people to book

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Child rate applies for children aged 0–5. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Bush and Beach cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Bush and Beach retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
