• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please do not use cameras of any kind including phones and camcorders at any time during your visit to the Penguin Parade
• Dress appropriately for all weather conditions
• Snacks and a refillable water bottle
• Warm weather: sunscreen, a hat, and warm clothes for when the sun goes down
• Winter: warm clothes and layers as coastal winds can make conditions quite cold

Availability:

• Available every day: Departures vary seasonally
  • Summer (AEDT): 11am–12pm
  • Winter (AEST): 10am–11am
• Pick-up Point: Inner-city pickup service from most accommodation providers and specified pickup points
• Please arrive at your pick-up location at least 10 minutes prior to your allocated pick-up time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please allow between 9-12 hours for this experience, including travel time. The times are dependant on the season
• Valid for parade viewing options as per package selected - please make you selection carefully
• Photography is not permitted at Phillip Island Penguin Parade. Please do not use cameras of any kind including phones and camcorders at any time during your visit to the Penguin Parade
• No prams or strollers permitted
