Cancellations:
- This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable
Changes to Booking:
- 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
- All changes must be made by contacting Lantern Ghost Tours directly 1300 390 119 (available Monday – Friday from 10am–3pm)
- An amendment fee from A$10 per order applies to changes. New date must be chosen at time of rescheduling
