River Drift Experience Participant Requirements:

• Not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Guests must be able to walk up to 4km on natural rainforest trails and through a river with round, loose rocks and a current. Must be able to walk over uneven surfaces and you may need to climb over tree roots to exit the river
• Guests must be able to swim and tread water without assistance
• Not suitable for anyone who is pregnant
• Maximum shoe size US 13
• Maximum recomended weight limit is 120kg/264lb, due to equipment limitations. If you are over this weight limit, it may be allowed but please contact office prior to booking
• Back Country Bliss Adventures highly recommend having your own travel insurance
• All participants are required to complete a medical questionnaire and liability release form
• For safety reasons, some medical conditions, disabilities or impairments may exclude participants from the River Drift tour. If the guides deem it unsafe for you to participate, you will not be able to continue on the tour and refunds cannot be guaranteed

Terms & Conditions:

• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Refunds, partial or full, do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48-72 hours of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations less than 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Rain can influence the safety and overall enjoyment of this tour. If the vendor cancels a trip, any monies will be refunded in full

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• All changes are subject to availability and made at the discretion of the operator
