  • The team will wait to greet you by the Welcome Desk at Victoria Coach Station and direct you to the correct departure gate. Victoria Coach Station is a 10–15-minute walk from London Victoria Station and Victoria Underground Station. The Welcome Desk is in front of Gates 1 and 2
• End Point: London Victoria Train Station
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no shows void voucher

Important:

• Live-guided Spanish and Japanese language tours are available on selected days. Spanish tours are available on Wednesdays from May to October. Japanese tours available on Fridays. Availability is subject to minimum numbers and may change without notice
• Face coverings are recommended when travelling on board vehicles
• Vehicles are fully sanitised before the start of each tour. All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected daily
• Hand sanitiser, antiviral sprays and wipes are available onboard to use throughout the day
• Guests are provided with personal audio headsets when listening to commentary
• This tour does not visit Highclere Castle from the Downton Abbey series

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled

• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
• Concession rate is valid for students with a valid full-time student ID. Senior rate is valid for ages 60+ with valid photo ID
