• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before experience date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please ensure to wear comfortable walking shoes, dress appropriately for the weather and bring an umbrella
• Bring any necessary medication such as an epipen for your allergies

Availability:

• Available: Tuesday – Sunday: Departs 10.30am; returns 2.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Mondays and blackout dates apply including 24–25 & 31 December and 1–2 January
• End point: The tour concludes back at the Central Market. To get home, you can either hop on the nearby subway at Pasar Seni station, or your guide can help you find a taxi back to your accommodation (the Grab app is recommended for getting home)
• Please ensure you are at your start location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Please allow up to four hours for this experience, including travel time
• Please note, this is a walking tour where the pace is moderate, the terrain flat and there are plenty of rest (eating) stops along the way

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–12. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking and no tastings are included. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Minimum numbers apply for this tour. Should the minimum numbers not be met your tour may be rescheduled or a full refund offered
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• A Chef’s Tour cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour
