• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available Saturday – Thursday: 4.30pm
• Departure Point: 1 Holomoana Street, Waikiki. A good landmark reference point is the Prince Waikiki Hotel. The boat slip is located just West (Ewa) of the Prince Waikiki Hotel valet area. Look for large Pink Sails banner. See Google Maps link here
• Parking: Street parking is available from USD$1 per hour. You can also use the paid parking structure for Red Lobster or paid valet parking with the Prince Waikiki Hotel. Please do not park in the yellow stalls, you will be towed. Expired street parking time can not be extended on the app without scanning the QR code on the sign again. Please pay for enough parking or extend in the app before expiration. You will be towed for expired parking, so please plan accordingly in advance
• Please check in at least 45 minutes prior to your cruise departure time to allow time for check-in and boarding
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, parking fees and transfers
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed

Terms & Conditions:

• Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Pink Sails Waikiki for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
