• Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• Available every day: Departs 6.45am; returns 7pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Christmas Day
• Bookings valid to 31 October 2025
• Pick-Up Point: Return transfers available from inner city Auckland hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time

Important:

• Please note, the Hobbiton movie set is undergoing development work from April to November 2023. Tours will continue as normal throughout this period but will take an alternate route around the construction zone and guests will be able to get a special glimpse of the project as it unfolds
• Lunch menu is seasonal and subject to change. Images and sample menu have been provided as an example only
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference. Please note, Hobbiton Movie Set offers gluten-free menu options, however food is not prepared in a fully gluten-free kitchen and cross-contamination may occur
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any excess amount is payable directly to vendors

• This tour requires a minimum of two adults (15+) to run. If you are a single traveller and other guests are not booked, Bush and Beach will be in touch to discuss your options. If minimum numbers are met, Bush and Beach will be in touch within 24 hours with a reconfirmation email
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Child rate applies for children aged 5–14. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Bush and Beach cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Bush and Beach retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
