• Your hotel pickup time will be approximately 1-hour prior to your flight time. The operator will contact you after booking to advise your exact hotel pick up time
• All passengers are weighed before boarding the aircraft for legal and safety reasons. Couples with a combined weight of over 180 kg will incur a surcharge. The operator will inform you of the tariff and arrangement before confirmation and on the day of the flight
• The operator will reconfirm the flight availability for you. Occasionally, a single passenger will be fitted on another booked flight. If the alternative flight doesn’t work for you, a full refund will be given
• Please advise the level of assistance required for any disabled passengers and whether the passengers are in a wheelchair at checkout, so that the operator can accommodate the needs
• The activity may be canceled in cases of bad weather. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund
