• More than 48 hours prior to departure date – no cancellation fees apply

• Less than 48 hours prior to departure date, late arrivals and no-shows – 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability. Rescheduling fees may apply

Availability:

• Available every day: Ferry transfer from Hamilton Island Marina departs at 9am, returns at 5pm (approximately)
• Guests will depart from Hamilton Island Marina to the Port of Airlie. You will be dropped back to Port of Airlie at the end of the day, from there you will catch the ferry returning to Hamilton Island Marina. Ferry transfers are included
• Check-in commences 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure to commence boarding. Please ensure you are at the departure point no later than 15 minutes prior to departure, as the boarding time is strictly enforced. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption. Journey Beyond Cruise Whitsundays abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Please allow up to nine hours for this experience
• Menu is seasonal and subject to change
• Any excess amount is payable directly to Journey Beyond Cruise Whitsundays
• Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted on board
• Hotel transfers are not included
• Drinks are not included

• Seniors and students must show their ID at check-in
• Cruise is weather and minimum passenger number dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Journey Beyond Cruise Whitsundays. If minimum numbers are not reached, an alternate date will be offered for your experience
• Changes may occur due to cruise schedule changes and other factors. If a day cruise is cancelled, a notification to the contact details provided at the time of your booking will be sent
• Itinerary is subject to prevailing weather and sea conditions including tides, wind, swell, sun and rain. The vessel’s Master must at their discretion determine the most appropriate course to ensure acceptable levels of safety and comfort for passengers, crew and other vessels
