• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Please check in from 8.45am. Boarding is between 9.30am and 10am for a 10.15am departure from Cairns Marina. Passengers failing to check-in by the required time may miss final boarding
• Departure and return times may vary according to tidal conditions
• Please bring the credit card used and ID of the cardholder for verification at check-in
• Passengers who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take necessary precautions such as motion sickness medication prior to travel
• The maximum single seat weight limit for the scenic helicopter flight is 120kgs
• Passenger’s individual weight MUST be advised at time of booking. If a weight variance is determined upon check-in exceeding limitations of aircraft, Zoom Helicopters reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee
• Helicopter per seat charges apply to all passengers 2 years and older. Infants aged 0–1 years can fly free of charge on the lap of the parent or guardian. (Limited to one infant per flight. Must must be advised at the time of booking)
• Dietary requirements can be accommodated with minimum 24 hours’ prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking
• It is recommended to reconfirm your booking with Sunlover Reef Cruises directly at least 24 hours prior to travel
• Please allow up to nine hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 2–15. Children aged 1 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• All guests must review the medical checklist prior to booking
• Day tours may be cancelled occasionally due to poor weather. This decision is made after Sunlover Reef Cruises carefully assesses current and forecast conditions, with the comfort and safety of the guests being the number one priority Sea conditions vary every day.
• The pontoon and catamaran are very stable and safe. If the rare occasion occurs and it is deemed that it isn’t safe to operate due to sea conditions, passengers will be offered travel on an alternate day or will receive a refund
• Itinerary and reef site access are subject to change. The description has been provided as a guide only and may vary according to the conditions of the day
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
• Great Barrier Reef catamarans are equipped with gangways for boarding from the Cairns Marina and to the pontoon. These gangways are narrow so it is advised for wheelchair access that you get in contact with our team prior to your tour date to ensure your ability to board comfortably and safely
• Disabled toilets are situated on the aft deck on our reef boats
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
