• Please ensure you are at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Please allow up to nine hours for this experience, including travel time
• Knossos Palace: Admission to Knossos Palace is not included and must be purchased on arrival from EUR 20 per person, payable directly to Knossos Palace. EU residents aged 24 years & under and non-EU residents aged 17 years & under may enter free of charge. On arrival, guests will have to wait in line to purchase their tickets and enter the palace. Waiting times vary based on time of day and season
• Heraklion Archeological Museum: After the Heraklion walking tour, guests will have free time to explore the city and visit the Heraklion Archeological Museum if desired. Admission to the museum is not included and must be purchased on arrival from EUR 12 per person, payable directly to Heraklion Archaeological Museum. EU residents aged 24 years & under and non-EU residents aged 4 years & under may enter free of charge. EU residents aged 65+ and non-EU residents aged 5–25 have a 50% discount
• Please note: A valid ID card or passport must be presented for discounted or free entry tickets

• Minimum two people required to book
• Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
