• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please come dressed in weather-appropriate and comfortable clothing: T-shirt, shorts and a hat and wear warmer layers in cooler months
• Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat are highly recommended for sun protection
• Wear enclosed, comfortable footwear
• A bottle of water to drink (in summer at least 1 litre)
• The tour involves a moderate level of physical activity

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Please allow up to four hours for this experience, including travel time
• Solo travellers are welcome on tours
• The tour involves a moderate level of physical activity and walking on uneven surfaces
• Children must be aged 6+ to participate in this experience and be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times

Exmouth Adventure Co. retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy the minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Maximum group size for this experience is 16 people
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
