Important:
- Please call SurfSup New Zealand on 02 1217 1201 to confirm your booking 24 hours prior to departure time to avoid disappointments due to conditions change
- Please note, it is strictly prohibited to land on Whenuakura Island
- This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
- Please allow up to two hours for this experience
- Meals, drinks and transfers are not included. Any excess amount is payable directly to SurfSup New Zealand
Terms & Conditions:
- A minimum of two passengers is required for tour to operate
- Maximum group size per tour is four passengers plus staff members
- Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
- The East Coast of Whangamatã is exposed to large swells and high winds. Should the conditions on the day not be suitable for this specific trip, SurfSup New Zealand will provide a refund or fit you into the next suitable slot
- Alcohol is not permitted on this tour. SurfSup New Zealand reserves the right to refuse service to any intoxicated person on a 100% no refund policy.
- Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
- Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
- Late arrivals may be offered an alternative time or a voucher, but no refund will be issued
