- Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
- Guests must be aged 14+ to participate in this experience. Children under 14 are not permitted. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
- Tours operate in all weather conditions. Umbrellas will be provided on rainy days

Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than seven days from departure date: no cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations made within seven days and 48 hours of departure date: 25% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours from departure date, no-shows & late arrivals: 100% cancellation fee applies
