- Vegan Option: Pear carpaccio with walnut, gorgonzola, seeded mustard dressing and orange & fennel
- Mid Entrée:
- Butterflied grilled king prawns with red chilli and XO sauce
- Vegan Option: Cauliflower steak with romesco sauce, pistachio and pesto
- Main Menu (alternate serve):
- Herb crusted chicken breast with heirloom carrots, crispy potatoes, enoki mushroom and mushroom sauce (contains dairy)
- Grilled market fish with braised broccolini, heirloom tomatoes, fennel & orange salad and beurre noisette
- Classic Italian gnocchi with spinach, sage pesto and broccolini heads (gluten-free, vegetarian and can be made vegan)
- Dessert (alternate serve):
- Pistachio hazelnut Paris-brest with pistachio caquelin, hazelnut creme, choux pastry and candied nuts (vegetarian, contains tree nuts)
- Hawaii Island with vanilla short crust, coconut lime caramel, pineapple mousse, streusel (vegetarian, contains tree nuts)
- Vegan Option: Passionatta with lychee mousse, passionfruit jelly and orange blossom fruit medley

- Child rate applies for children aged 2–13. Children aged 1 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
- Guests must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Australian Cruise Group abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
- Rowdy or unruly behaviour of any patrons will not be tolerated
- Safety is of paramount importance. Passengers must follow the instructions and directions of the Captain, Cruise Director and crew (management on board) at all times
- Please arrive on time. No refund or credit will be issued for guests who do not board the cruise on time
- Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Australian Cruise Group for passenger and crew safety
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
