Weight Restrictions:

• Each passenger will be weighed prior to boarding the helicopter
• Each flight has a maximum total weight limit including fuel, passengers etc. Each passenger will be weighed prior to boarding the helicopter
• All flights are minimum of two passengers and maximum of three passengers per flight, depending on individual passenger weights
• If someone flying is over 100kg, please call upon booking and inform at the time of booking of ALL accurate passenger weights
• Robinson R44 helicopter manufacturers have an individual seat limit of 130kg. Please feel free to call Barossa Helicopters to discuss the total seat weight

Exclusions:

• Transfers to/from the Barossa Helicopters Helipad
• Drinks unspecified in deal options

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption
• Children aged 4 and under are not able to fly. Children aged 5+ must be able to sit independently on their own seat
• Dining options are valid for dine-in only. Any excess amounts and purchases are payable directly to the venue
• Flights are private and groups will not be joined for this experience

• Barossa Helicopters reserves the right to change flights due to weather conditions or other operational considerations (a refund will be available). The pilot’s decision is final – regardless of the occasion. Your safety and that of the pilot and aircraft are the number one priority
