Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable

• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100% Cancellation:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fee applies

• Cancellations made 48–72 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Important:

• Exclusions: Hotel transfers and additional food and drinks (not provided by your guide) are not included in your tour
• This tour will cover approximately 13–16km. Bike route can be narrow and busy in urban sections, and is therefore not recommended for children under 16. If you wish to book a child under 16, child-sized bicycles (22- and 24-inches) are available for children aged 6 years and above. Child prices are the same as adult prices. For children under 6, baby and child seats are available. Children using baby or child seats on a paying adult’s bike will not be charged
  • Please note: Child participants on tours are solely at the discretion of ABC Amazing Bangkok Cyclist. They will always advise if they do not believe the experience is suitable for a child and therefore refuse the child to participate in the tour
• Should you wish to return to the ABC Office before the end of the tour, transportation costs are not included

• Minimum two people required for all tours (shared and private)
• Alcoholic drinks are prohibited during the tour
• Tours are held regardless of weather conditions. In the event of drizzling rain, ponchos will be provided
