• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Dress Code: Casual attire. Proper swim attire must be worn in the pools at all times. Beer/alcohol-branded apparel, cut-off clothing, and wedding gowns are not permitted at any time
• Whilst Café Del Mar Bali is a predominantly adult venue, they do accommodate children. However, parents should accompany their children at all times. If guests wish to bring nannies, it is required that they adhere to the same dress code as the other guests

• Must be aged 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Prohibited items: Food and drinks from outside venues, toys, props, pool inflatables and animals are not permitted
• All bags, backpacks, purses, parcels, or other goods in your possession are subject to inspection prior to entering Café del Mar Bali’s premises. Management reserves all rights to refuse entry. All items not permitted will be labelled and held by the Guest Relation team until departure
