Important:
- All reservations must be confirmed within 48 hours of departure via email to info@autopiatours.com.au.

- Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
- Snow equipment and clothing hire can be arranged on arrival at Lake Mountain Alpine Resort, payable directly. Staff will be on hand to assist. All additional activities and clothing hire are at the guest’s own expense and not included in the tour price
- The Village Toboggan Run & Mini Toboggan Run require a ticket to enter for the day, payable directly to Lake Mountain Alpine Resort. Tickets provide access to the two toboggan runs, along with the use of the magic carpets
- Guests should bring warm clothing – preferably a good base layer (such as thermals) and layer warm comfortable clothing. As the weather conditions are always changing and you want to remove clothing easily. In addition, you should suggest bringing gloves and a beanie or you can buy them on the mountain. Avoid dressing your children in gumboots as they do not have insulation
- A low level of fitness is required to complete the walks on this tour itinerary. Conditions can be wet and slippery so it is highly recommended to wear shoes with tread
- This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
- Infants aged 0 to 4 are not permitted to travel on adult laps and must be safely restrained within a child protective seat. Infant protective seats are free of charge and must be requested at the time of booking
