Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:

• Available: October – May: Every day: 10am–4pm. June – September: Every day: 10am–2pm. Earlier or later departure times are available on request
• Departure Point: Dolphin Quay in the Mandurah Ocean Marina, where you will be met by Sea West staff to see you off safely. See Google Maps link here
• Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to departure time
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking

Important:

• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Meals, drinks and transfers are not included. Any excess amount is payable directly to Sea West
• BBQ use is not included. Please book directly with Sea West to arrange a charcoal barbecue (own expense, surcharges apply)

Terms & Conditions:

• On the day a security bond of $500 is required as Credit Card Pre-Authorisation – no money is taken from your card unless vessel is damaged and hire agreement signed is broken. If you return the boat dirty, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $50. If you return the boat late, you wIll be charged with a late return fee of $50 for every 15 minutes
• Nominated skipper must be over age of 21 and required to provide a valid driver’s licence or passport
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Please wear appropriate sun protection - hat, sunglasses, sunscreen
• You and your passengers are required to arrive on time. If you arrive late, you still have to return the boat at the booked end time
• Boat hire dates and times may be changed or cancelled due to weather and passenger numbers
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
• Smoking, fishing and excessive drinking or beaching of the boat are not allowed while on hire. Swimming is welcome during your hire but only when the vessel is securely tied up and turned OFF
• The skipper must remain sober (0.00 blood alcohol content) at all times. Generally, no intoxicated people allowed on board
• Eco BBQ Boats and Sea West reserve the right to limit the amount of alcohol on board
• Eco BBQ Boats and Sea West reserve the right to refuse or suspend you the right to use their services at any time
• Eco BBQ Boats and and Sea West are not responsible for personal belongings
• Surcharge applies on public holidays

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
