- Bookings must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance
- After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address.Guests need to provide their full names and weight upon check-out. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date may not be available

- Seaplane rides are shared, meaning you may share your ride with other guests
- A seafood and vegetarian picnic hamper is also available. Please advise of menu preference at time of booking
- Minimum of two passengers required for all packages and tours
- All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure

- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Sydney Seaplanes abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
- A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Sydney Seaplanes. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
- Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
- Sydney Seaplanes will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Sydney Seaplanes works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
- In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both
