Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children sleeping in either one king bed or two double beds (at both properties). See the ’ Extra Guest Policy’ below:

**Extra Guest Policy: **An additional guest (aged 12 years and above) may stay for a surcharge of THB1,000 per night sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and breakfast only, payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation, transfers and breakfast only.

Baby Policy: A baby (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will not count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are available on request.

**Airport Transfers (Airport-Bangkok-Hua Hin-Airport): **Your Hotel transfers will be provided by www.myphuket-holiday.com. Transfers are one-way from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport to Westin Grande Sukhumvit and then to Sheraton Hua Hin before returning to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi. In order to confirm your transfer you will need to contact MyPhuket-Holiday via email to res@myphuket-holiday.com. You will need to quote ‘Luxury Escapes’ and provide the following information at time of booking (no later than 48 hours prior to arrival): Booking confirmation number, guest names, flight number, flight arrival time, flight departure number and time contact phone number and contact email address. IMPORTANT: Transfers (Toyota Fortuna or Toyota Camry) are for a maximum three adults or two adults and 2 children 11 and under per package. If transfers are not used they cannot be redeemed for cash.
