**Can I change my check-in date post-purchase: **Once you have purchased your package and received confirmation your dates cannot be changed without contacting the hotel directly. This decision is strictly at the discretion of the hotel and subject to availability, so please ensure you have selected your intended travel dates.

**Extra Guest Policy: **An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$75 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed (guaranteed) with accommodation and full package inclusions. Payable directly to the resort.
**Child Policy: **One child (aged 11 and under) may stay for a surcharge of AU$15 per night, sleeping on existing bedding (one king bed or two twin beds) or a complimentary rollaway bed (subject to availability) with accommodation only. Breakfast can be purchased for a discounted 50% off rate. Payable directly to the resort.
**Baby Policy: **One infant (aged three years and under) may stay free of charge and will not count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
Connecting rooms are available on request (subject to availability).
