Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of EUR350 per adult and EUR175 per child applies for the compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala dinner with rooftop celebration. Payable directly to the hotel.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

- Breakfast is served at either Caputlo Restaurant or the cloister area. Breakfast is a buffet with a selection of a la carte hot dishes, as well as included coffee, tea and juices.
- Welcome bottle of wine wil be a house selection of red or white and will be placed in-room for arrival. A non-alcoholic option of organic juice or house-blend ice tea can be arranged.
- Welcome drink is served at check-in and includes a selection of either sparkling wine or fresh fruit-flavoured water, served with cookies and fruit.
- Daily afternoon tea includes a tea masterclass with tea tasting, as well as a tutorial on the history of Lisbon and the Convent.
